Over two challenging and rewarding years, ProStart students experience classroom study, mentored work experiences, and local and national competitions. ProStart works for parents, teachers and the restaurant and foodservice industry approximately 60,000 student participants in more than 1,600 schools, across 47 states, territories and districts
